Infrastructure:

Our two units have a built up area of 16500 sq. ft. (Unit I – 4500 sq. ft, Unit II – 12,000 sq. ft.)

High speed Bruderer presses in the tonnage range of 25T to 80T and Pneumatic Clutch Presses in 25T to 100T range, Servo press of 60T and 150T are equipped with servo feeder-de-coilers, straightener and pneumatic feeders. Die safety sensors ensure tools are accident free at high speed.

The well equipped quality control facility with, Video measuring, profile projectors and height gauges ensure the parts meet tight tolerances.

We have varied experience in stamping material of thickness 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm in aluminum, copper, nickel silver, copper nickel, stainless steel, brass, beryllium copper.
